BEFORE you finally pay that second hand bike of UNKNOWN ORIGIN, check the registry by sending email to philcycling@gmail.com noting the serial number and other bike data. Additionally, should someone offer a bike, know the seller and send us the bike data. We do not warrant to find your bike when it is lost, but somehow, our reply can be made an electronic evidence to claim your bike when found.
