The following were the official resolutions, in their substance, that were arrived at upon their respective motions, duly seconded:

JANUARY 16, 2009

Resolution Number 1.

Designating Hon. Bert Lina as Chairman Emeritus of the ICFP.

Resolution Number 2.

Appointment of all appointive officials to their respective posts as enumerated in the “Officers” link on the right.

Resolution Number 3.

Authorizing the Treasurer to open a bank account, and/or to arrange for the change of signatories for the official acts of the Federation.
