ACC and AAC RECOGNIZED PHILCYCLING UNDER PRESIDENT TOLENTINO

In the latest correspondence sent to the POC by the ACC, it was categorically stated the recognition of the leadership of Philcycling under Mayor Abraham Tolentino and the new set of officers under him.   That recognition is the official recognition of Union Cycliste Internationle (UCI).
