ALL CYCLING CLUB MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE REVALIDATION OF THIER 2011 PHILCYCLINGMEMBERSHIP.  REVALIDATION ARE FREE OF CHARGE (Old members only). for New Member, membership fee is 1,000.00 covering the 4 years membership .
Participating cyclist for this event must be a member of any afilliate Cycling Clubs.
NO ENTRY FEE ! ! !       Elite and Junior

ELITE   and    YOUTH  (ages 17 to 18 next year)
ROAD CYCLING NATIONAL CHAMPION  title will be determine after winning the first  two  events   MASS START  and  ITT

Arrival of participants, Registration, Distribution of race numbers,
distribution of Cycling Clubs membership forms for 2011 renewal,
December 7, 2010 . . .    MASS  START  160 km –  YOUTH  80 km
Route :    Tagaytay,Batulao, Tuy, Balayan,
Lian, Nasugbu, Batulao,Tagaytay
December 8, 2010   . . .    ITT   45 Km
Venue : Tagaytay City Race start :   8:00 AM
NO ONSITE  REGISTRATION  December 7, 2010
In commitment to the PHILIPPINE CYCLING COMMUNITY,  the Philcycling President  Mayor, ABRAHAM TOLENTINO   once again organized a cycling event to give chances  the Pilipino rider to have thier UCI / PHILCYCLING Points for  the 2011 cycling events,
and the chances for the YOUTH cyclist to participate in the 2011 YOUTH International Cycling Competition, UCI event.
Qualified ELITE cyclist with points will be issued UCI / PHILCYCLING  card and  more chances to participate for  the upcoming  Philippine 2011 MAJOR CYCLING EVENTS,  LE TOUR de FILIPINAS International UCI sanction event , on April 16, 2011. , and other local major cycling tour sanction by Philcycling.
Qualified cyclist are based subject from the individual Time of Arrival
( MASS START- ITT )
First 4 Qualified Youth cyclist =  with ages 17-18 next year will be endorse for the National pool. in preparation for the 2011 YOUTH Cycling Championship.
National  Champion  ROAD CYCLING = will be endorsed to include in the National pool to participate in upcomingUCI  Road Cycling  Championship in February 2011, and the SEA GAMES 2011. (ROAD EVENT)
