To all cyclists wishing to form their clubs to become members of the federation:
Just download the form and copy all provisions to your clubs and then you may add other provisions that are peculiar to your club but are not inconsistent with this. Constitute your initial officers and have the document submitted to philcycling@gmail.com. Once certified, your members can request for license from Philcycling and are eligible to join all sanctioned races here and abroad. Please note that only our Federation is authorized to send cyclists to race in all UCI sanctioned events. Don’t just be an ordinary cyclist, let your voice be heard.
Your application for membership in the federation will be included in the agenda and will have to be approved by the Board of Trustees.
14 October 2023. We have just updated our By-Laws by including regional representations and inclusion of the Athletes Commission. We have also added Arbitration and Mediation clauses. We will publish the New and Amended By Laws once it has been certified by the Securites and Exchange Commission.
